Software decays when nobody is looking after it
A website, app, or CRM is not a painting you hang on the wall and admire for years. It is software, and software rots when it is left alone — not in a dramatic way, but quietly. Dependencies fall behind and open security holes. A browser or OS update breaks something that worked yesterday. Performance drifts as content piles up. A form silently stops delivering leads and nobody notices for a month.
The owner who skips maintenance to save a few hundred dollars a month usually pays for it later — in a hacked site, a costly emergency fix, or six months of leads lost to a broken form. A care plan is the unglamorous insurance that keeps the asset you invested in actually working.
What a Naxdor care plan covers
Every plan is built on the same foundation:
- Security patching and dependency upgrades on a regular cadence — so vulnerabilities are closed before they are exploited, not after.
- Uptime, performance, and error monitoring with alerts to us — so when something breaks, we usually see it and fix it before you (or a customer) notice.
- A monthly bucket of improvement hours — copy edits, small features, fixes, and tweaks, so the asset keeps improving instead of just standing still.
- A quarterly health review with clear recommendations, and priority response on anything that does break.
The point is simple: the things we build are long-term assets, and a care plan is how they stay that way.
What you get at the starting price
Refer to the price card on this page for the entry plan at USD $750 per month starting. That covers a single property — a site, app, or CRM we built or have taken under care — with regular patching, monitoring with alerts, a monthly bucket of improvement hours, a quarterly review, and priority response.
What moves the price is straightforward: the number of properties under care, how fast a response-time SLA you need, and how many improvement hours you want included each month. A single brochure site needs less than a revenue-generating store or a business-critical web app, and we scope the plan to match.
Care plan tiers
Plans scale with how much is riding on the software. Three tiers cover most businesses:
| Tier | Price | For | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | From $750/mo | A single site or asset that needs to stay secure and current | Patching, monitoring + alerts, a small monthly improvement bucket, quarterly review |
| Growth | From $1,500/mo | A revenue-generating site or app that keeps evolving | Everything in Essential, a faster response SLA, and a larger monthly improvement bucket |
| Priority | From $3,000/mo | Business-critical software or multiple properties | Everything in Growth, the fastest SLA, more improvement hours, and proactive performance work |
Prices are USD and a starting point for each tier: Essential from $750/month keeps a single property secure and current, Growth from $1,500/month suits a revenue-generating site or app that keeps evolving, and Priority from $3,000/month is for business-critical software or a portfolio of properties that needs the fastest response and proactive performance work. The exact monthly improvement hours and response-time SLA within a tier are set to the number of properties and the level of cover you want — and additional properties or a custom SLA are quoted on top of the closest tier.
Who care plans are for
Care plans are designed first for clients whose site, app, or CRM we built — keeping it current without you needing an in-house engineer. We also take on inherited stacks: software someone else built that you now need maintained. For an inherited property we start with a short audit to understand what we are taking responsibility for, then bring it onto a plan. We are honest if something is in poor enough shape that maintaining it is throwing good money after bad — sometimes the right call is a focused fix or a rebuild, not a care plan over a cracked foundation.
What we don't build
Honesty about scope is half the value of a service page. For Naxdor care plans, the most common asks that sit outside the monthly fee:
- Major new features or rebuilds. Significant new work is quoted separately as a project — the monthly improvement hours are for tweaks and small features, not a second version.
- Paid platform license fees. Hosting, CRM seats, and similar subscriptions are yours and passed through at cost; the care plan is our time, not your vendors' bills.
Where to next
If you want a property kept current — one we built or one you are bringing to us — the right next step is a 30-minute call. We learn what you are running and what it is worth to you, and we recommend the right tier (or tell you honestly if you do not need one yet).
If you have inherited a site, app, or CRM and are not sure what shape it is in, request a free 30-minute audit — we will tell you candidly what it needs and whether a care plan is the right move.
Either way, see the rest of what we ship, with starting prices, on the pricing page.
