AI Integration

AI that earns its keep — voice agents that answer your phone, chatbots that book appointments, and n8n workflows that move data between your tools.

Who it's for

SMBs losing leads to unanswered phones, operators drowning in repetitive admin, or teams that want AI woven into existing tools — not a separate experiment.

Starting at USD $6,000 · per project

AI that earns its keep, not a science project

There are two kinds of AI projects. The first is the demo that impresses in a meeting and never touches the business again. The second is the unglamorous one that quietly answers the phone at 8pm, books the appointment, and saves an afternoon of copying data between two systems. We build the second kind.

The difference is not the model — everyone has access to the same frontier models. The difference is integration and discipline: woven into the tools you already use, scoped to a job worth doing, and measured so you know it is actually working. AI that lives in a separate tab nobody opens is a cost; AI wired into your funnel is leverage.

What Naxdor AI integration does differently

Three things separate our work from a flashy proof-of-concept:

  1. It is woven into your existing tools. AI that talks to your CRM, your calendar, and your data sources — not a standalone toy you have to babysit and copy-paste around.
  2. It is scoped honestly. We start by mapping what AI should and, just as importantly, should not do for you. Pointing it at the wrong job is how these projects waste money.
  3. It is measured. We build an evaluation harness so quality is something we test against, not something we assume. When the AI handles a customer, you can see how well — and tune it.

That is the floor. We deliver three kinds of integration, often in combination.

AI Voice Agents

A voice agent answers your phone when you cannot — after hours, during a rush, or on the fifth simultaneous call that would otherwise go to voicemail. It can greet callers, answer common questions, qualify the lead, book an appointment straight into your calendar, and hand off to a human when the conversation needs one. For a business that lives and dies by inbound calls — clinics, home services, practices — a missed call is a missed customer, and a voice agent is the difference between capturing that lead and losing it to whoever picked up.

We build the agent around your actual call flows, connect it to your booking and CRM, and tune it on real conversations so it sounds like your business, not a robot reading a script.

AI Chatbots & Assistants

A chatbot on your site or in your messaging channels answers questions, captures leads, and books appointments around the clock — but only if it answers from your information, not a generic guess. We build retrieval-grounded assistants: the bot answers from your documents, your services, and your policies, so it is accurate and on-brand instead of confidently wrong. It can qualify visitors, route them to the right place, and pass a warm lead into your CRM with the context already captured, so your team picks up a conversation that is already half-won.

AI Workflow Automation

The least visible and often most valuable category: the repetitive admin that eats your team's hours. Pulling data between tools, generating documents, triaging inbound messages, updating records in three systems when one thing changes. We build these as reliable workflows — using automation platforms like n8n or Make, with AI in the steps that genuinely need judgment — so the busywork runs itself and your people do the work only they can do. The test is simple: if a task is repetitive, rule-based, and someone does it by hand every week, it is a candidate.

What you get at the starting price

Refer to the price card on this page for the included scope at USD $6,000 starting. In short: discovery and a clear inventory of what AI should and should not do; implementation of one or more of a voice agent, a retrieval-grounded chatbot, or a workflow automation; integrations with your existing CRM, calendar, and data sources; an evaluation harness so quality is measured; and 30 days of post-launch tuning and prompt iteration.

Two things worth setting straight:

  • It buys a working, integrated capability — not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage and forgotten. The starting price delivers one or more of the three integrations, live and wired into your tools, with the evaluation and tuning to make it reliable.
  • Complexity is the lever. Voice-agent call complexity, how deep the chatbot's knowledge base goes, and the number of workflows and integrations move the price. We scope it on the first call.

How we build

We start with discovery — a candid inventory of where AI helps and where it would just add risk. We implement against your real tools and data, build the evaluation harness alongside the feature, and spend the first 30 days tuning prompts and behavior on real usage. AI integrations are never "done at launch"; they are launched and then tuned, which is exactly why the evaluation harness matters.

What we don't build

Honesty about scope is half the value of a service page. For Naxdor AI integration, the most common asks we do not take at the starting price:

  • Custom models trained from scratch. We build on frontier models with retrieval and tools — which is what almost every SMB use case actually needs. Training a bespoke model is rarely the right spend, and we will tell you so.
  • The underlying model API fees. Usage costs from the AI providers are passed through at cost; we build and tune the integration, you own the usage account.
  • AI for its own sake. If a problem is better solved with a plain automation or a simple form, we will say so rather than sell you a model you do not need.

Where to next

If you are scoping a real AI integration, the right next step is a 30-minute discovery call. We learn where your time and leads are leaking, you learn whether we are the right partner, and within three business days you get either a written scope or an honest take on whether AI is even the right tool for the job.

If you are earlier in the decision, request a free 30-minute audit — we will look at your phones, your inbound, and your repetitive admin and tell you candidly where AI would actually pay off. No pitch attached.

Either way, see the rest of what we ship, with starting prices, on the pricing page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

For well-scoped jobs, yes — and the scoping is the point. A voice agent or chatbot handling appointment booking, common questions, and lead qualification is well within what current models do reliably, especially when it answers from your own information and hands off to a human for anything outside its lane. We build an evaluation harness so quality is measured rather than assumed, and we are honest about the tasks where AI is not reliable enough yet and a human (or a plain form) is the better answer.
