Restaurant website design with your menu, hours, and reservations.

A guest looks you up on a phone and wants the menu, the hours, and a way to book or order. We build the website, the local search presence, and the links to your reservation and ordering tools. Within a care plan, we keep the menu and hours current.

Where guests get lost

Restaurant website design starts on a phone. Someone downtown searches "tacos near me" or "brunch open now," taps a result on Google Maps, and looks for the menu, the hours, and a way to book or order. If all three are there, the guest can book or order right away. If not, the next result is one tap away.

That path can break in three places:

  • The details online are out of date. The hours on Google are last season's, and the menu is a PDF from the spring.
  • Booking means a phone call. During the dinner rush, the phone can ring unanswered, and the guest calls the next place.
  • Event inquiries wait. A request for a rehearsal dinner sits in a general inbox until someone has time.

We build the site and the local search presence with the right details, link them to your booking and ordering tools, and set up a way to catch calls and event inquiries.

What we build for restaurants and hospitality

  • A website guests can use on a phone. The menu as text, the hours, directions, photos, and clear buttons to book and order, with our target of an LCP (the moment the main content appears) under 2.0 seconds on mobile. See Websites.
  • Your reservation and ordering tools. We add the reservation tool you use, such as OpenTable, Resy, or Tock, as a button, and link to your online ordering in Toast or Square. Embedding the tool's booking widget in your pages is one integration, part of the Websites Plus tier. Deeper connections work only where the platform has an official way to connect (an API), and they're priced in your written quote.
  • Menus, hours, and specials kept current. You send the change, and we publish it within the monthly hours of a Support & Maintenance care plan. If you'd rather edit them yourself, a CMS is part of the Websites Custom tier.
  • Local SEO. A complete Google Business Profile with your hours, a menu link, and booking and ordering links, set up and kept up to date by SEO & Visibility in your own Google account, plus structured data for your hours, cuisine, and menu. Location pages are part of the Plus tier. See SEO & Visibility.
  • Event inquiries and reviews. A private-event form that feeds a pipeline in GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and review requests to every guest in your CRM the same way, with no reward attached. Guest details from your reservation or ordering platform reach the CRM only where the platform has an official way to connect (an API), priced in your written quote. The written quote lists which automations are included. See CRM & Follow-up.
  • AI that answers during service. An AI voice agent that picks up when the floor is busy, answers questions about hours, the menu, and parking, and passes allergy questions and event inquiries to your staff. It tells callers it's an AI assistant. See AI & Automation.

How guests find and choose a place

Some searches happen right now: "pizza near me," "happy hour downtown." Google can answer with a map of places nearby, and your Business Profile is what the guest sees: photos, hours, reviews, and buttons to call, book, or order. Other visits are planned, such as a birthday dinner next month or a weekend at a B&B. That guest has time to read your website and compare menus or rooms.

Both need the same details everywhere: a holiday closing belongs on the site and in the special hours of your Business Profile. Within a care plan, we update the site, and with SEO & Visibility, the profile too.

How a project runs

It starts with a free 30-minute call. Within three business days, you get a written quote: the scope and a fixed price or a price cap. After you sign, we start with Discover, which is included in the price. The work follows four steps: Discover, Design, Build, and Grow.

  1. Discover. We go through how guests find you, book, and order, and which tools you use.
  2. Design. We design the site and the path from a search to a booking or an order, for a guest on a phone.
  3. Build. We build the site, add your reservation and ordering tools, and set up the event form. With SEO & Visibility, we also complete your Business Profile. We test it all on phones.
  4. Grow. The first 30 days after launch are included. After that, a care plan, local SEO, and follow-up are services of their own. Every account is in your name.

Rules worth knowing in the US

We don't give legal advice, so your lawyer confirms what applies to you.

  • Accessibility. The ADA requires businesses open to the public to serve people with disabilities, and the Justice Department's web guidance (March 2022) says that includes what they offer online, and it names WCAG as helpful guidance on how to do it. In Robles v. Domino's Pizza (2019), a case brought by a blind customer, the Ninth Circuit held that the ADA applied to the chain's website and app because they connect customers to its restaurants. That ruling binds courts in the western states; Texas and Florida are in other federal circuits. We check every page against WCAG 2.2 AA, and a menu as text is part of that.
  • Total prices for rooms. The FTC's rule on unfair or deceptive fees, in force since May 12, 2025, requires a lodging business to show the total price, with every mandatory fee in it, wherever it shows a price. Government taxes can be listed separately if they're disclosed before the guest pays. The prices in your booking engine have to follow it too.
  • Calorie counts. The federal menu labeling rule applies to restaurants in a chain of 20 or more locations that do business under the same name and sell substantially the same menu items, online menus included; a restaurant outside such a chain is covered only if it registers voluntarily. State and local rules are for your lawyer to confirm.
  • Calls, texts, and reviews. If calls are recorded, the AI agent says so at the start; Florida requires every party's consent to record a call. Marketing texts go only to guests who opted in, with an easy way to stop. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews or asking only happy guests, and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans rewards tied to a review's sentiment.

What we don't do

  • We don't take the photos. A photographer or you take them, and we make them load fast.
  • We don't run your reservation or ordering platforms. Your accounts and contracts with them stay yours.
  • We don't guarantee rankings or bookings. Local SEO grows over months.
  • We don't lock you in. The site, the domain, the Business Profile, and the CRM are in accounts you own.
