A village where business runs along one road
South Dixie Highway (US 1) is Pinecrest's commercial corridor, in the words of the village's planning documents, and the Florida Legislature co-designated it Pinecrest Parkway within the village in 1999. The village was incorporated on March 12, 1996, and had 18,635 residents in July 2025, by the Census Bureau's estimate. Shopping centers such as Kendall 1 Plaza, Dadeland Plaza, and Kendall Plaza sit near the Dadeland North and Dadeland South Metrorail stations. The land west of the parkway's centerline is unincorporated Miami-Dade County, so the village line runs down the middle of the road. That shape matters for web design in Pinecrest, FL.
For a dental practice, a studio, or an accounting firm on the parkway, a neighbor's recommendation is one way in. If the person who hears it looks you up, they find your site, your Google Business Profile, and your reviews.
The village's sign code limits a detached sign in its business districts to 15 feet from the ground to the top of the sign. A sign by the road can only do so much, so your Business Profile and your site's directions show people which plaza and which entrance to use.
Some businesses here have no door on the parkway at all. The village requires a business tax receipt for a home-based business, and for a consultant or a small online seller working from home in Pinecrest, the website is the storefront.
What we build for Pinecrest businesses
- A website people can check in a minute: what you offer, who you are, your hours, how to book, and how to reach you from US 1. See Websites.
- A complete Google Business Profile, set up or completed and kept up to date in your own Google account by SEO & Visibility, with on-page work on your key pages.
- Booking and reminders in GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and review requests from your CRM that go to every customer the same way, with no reward attached. The written quote lists which automations are included. See CRM & Follow-up.
- A small online store for a maker or grower who sells at the village's farmers market and wants regulars to order between Sundays. See E-commerce.
What shapes how we build for Pinecrest
Clinic rules. Dental practices and aesthetic clinics have pages of their own on this site, and Florida has rules that reach their websites. A health care practitioner's ad for a free or discounted service or exam, such as a free consultation, must carry a set statement in capital letters. If an AI voice agent answers your calls and records them, it says so at the start, because Florida requires the consent of everyone on a call. Replies to reviews stay general: HHS has settled with dental practices that disclosed patient information when they answered online reviews. Your lawyer or compliance advisor reviews the pages before they go live, and we plan time for it.
Studios and firms. Fitness studios and gyms and professional services firms have pages too, covering class schedules, trial bookings, and consultation requests.
The market at the Gardens. Pinecrest Gardens, the village's 14-acre botanical garden at Red Road and Killian Drive, stands on the site of the Parrot Jungle, which opened in 1936. The village bought the property in December 2002. On Sundays, its farmers market sells food, produce, and other products from small businesses and farmers. A vendor there needs a site that says what you sell and how to order the rest of the week.
The areas around you. A business on the parkway can serve customers on both sides of the village line, in places such as Kendall, Palmetto Bay, and South Miami. Pages for those places are part of the Plus tier.
Video calls, booked in your time zone
Naxdor is based in Sweden and works remotely with clients in the US. Calls are booked in your time zone. We don't meet in person; we meet on video and do the work in your own accounts.
You have one point of contact and a reply within one business day. The domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console, and CRM are in your name from day one. After you sign the written quote, we start with Discover, which is included in the price, then Design, Build, and Grow, with 30 days of support after launch. See how we work.
Where our work stops
- We don't give medical or legal advice. Your compliance advisor decides what your pages and offers may say.
- We don't reward reviews or ask only happy customers. Google's review policy bans both, and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews bans rewards tied to a positive review.
- We don't promise a place in Google's map results. Local SEO builds over months, and we report on the inquiries it brings in.
- We don't claim a local office. We work remotely and say so up front.
